Discus Thrower Has Epic Celebration
Germany’s Robert Harting added a new dimension to his victory celebration when he clinched the Olympic discus title. He ripped off his shirt, grabbed a German flag and then ran down the track, leaping over some hurdles that had been set out for the women’s final, then went into the stands.
“If you see me coming out the stadium without a shirt, you know it was good,” he said.
Harting is unbeaten in the discus in the last two years and just completed the golden triple of European, world and Olympic titles.
