According to the Orlando Sentinel the University of Florida football team like to go fast in fact the team has had at least 251 traffic citations by 96 players during their time at Florida.

The Orlando Sentinel says that 12 different Gators have seven or more tickets, including All-SEC defensive end Jermaine Cunningham, who has had 14 while at the Gainesville campus. The Sentinel also notes that 32 players have never had a  ticket in Alachua County and that includes Tim Tebow.
